Intense Tooth Pain – This issue is commonly caused by lodged food in between the tooth and surrounding gums. If flossing or rinsing your mouth with warm water doesn’t help alleviate the pain, contact us immediately.
Missing or Broken Dental Filling/Crown – Do not attempt to reattach the filling or crown, especially with glue or other adhesives. You’ll also have to avoid acidic and sugary food and drinks until our dentist can reapply the filling or crown.
Knocked out Tooth – Collect the tooth by the crown (chewing surface). Rinse off dirt using running water and place the tooth inside a container of milk or your saliva. See a dentist immediately as the chances of saving the tooth are best when your dentist can see you within an hour of the tooth being knocked out.
Abscessed Tooth – An abscessed tooth is a sign of an advanced infection. This problem should be addressed immediately as the infection can easily spread to surrounding teeth.
